Mch and bard are geared with 730 Fru ready (i progged to p5 but i lost interest in the game)
i killed m7s as sage and have some gear pentamelded aswell, not all jobs are leveled to max lvl.
Mentor status + Crafter Gear which you will be able to craft the current gear with ease + macros.
