Since this trainer is adding goals by pressing keys on your numpad keyboard you need to toggle your Num lock.

If there is a trojan, then it must by added by Crage (so, original version contains it too). I've checked source code, but I didn't noticed any suspicious. Decompile it by yourself, maybe you will be able to find malicious code.
