Safe cheating?

For example if i cheat only in fut drafts(like 3-4 drafts per day) and score an own goal,change score in seasons only at the end without disconnecting and not every match,and playing fut champs without trainer whats chance i get banned.did anyone tried cheating like this please share experince.

Just stay away from Fut champs and dont do more than 40 games a day .

or 6 games / hour . !

changing score never been the problem , it's all about playing more than the limit for too many days in row , just make sure don't pass the limit + stay away of WL (don't cheat , even 99 ovr cheating , u will get reported too many times until ea start looking at ur account and get banned )
so choose between 99 ovr cheating in WL or add goals/dcs in draft/season !

ok so i can add goals and just score own goal(disconnect in draft)?I am afraid even if i play without trainer or 99ovr in champs,ea may look in account and see something is wrong with it, is this a case?
