if my account banned using 99 overall in WL , can ı play other online modes ? or full fifa account banned ? or other games ? what will happen ? do u know ?

As far as I know, u are banned for all online modes in Fifa (includes the next Fifa series as Fifa 18, 19, ...)

no , only fifa online and if u have fifa 16/15/14/.. fut will be banned and rest of online modes still work
