In game is more serious than via email. Depends sometimes you can get a lot warnings and they dont ban you then sometimes 1 or 2 warnings could lead to ban. You should stop cheating at least in WL or if you are using trainer in draft dont use it too much either.

(but not two epic flying mounts, because you get then a speed detected warning...
