This means that, for a certain value, I will play your WL games and get the rank you want.
If you check out my other thread (where I'm selling my account), you'll see that I placed top 40 in every december week, aswell as this week aswell, I had two 25 win finishes and two 24 win finishes.
The prices will be the following (they may change in the future):
