2015 files hosted on windows server 2016

Hi, why am I getting this error in the account log service when running 2015 files in windows server 2016?

000055 2019-02-02 21:46:09 * ACCEPT NO SESSION BUFFER - ERROR *
and world manager keep spamming this:

006883 2019-02-02 21:49:39 <CONNECTING ACCOUNTLOGDB TO 127.0.0.1:9311>
which results in world being high all the time.

2k15 Runs on Win Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and any Windows Server distribution.
