INSTRUCTIONS
1) open FFXI and set the macros as stated at the beginning of the macro and set background / window type to 6
2) logout of FFXI and run the macro
3) Log back into FFXI (you have 80 Seconds to do so)
4) Once in the game and you have your Healer character in game DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING
5) Wait for the Initialization Complete message
6) Select the target that you want to go around automatically healing or wait for them to send command @@TARGET
7) Press ALT + 1 to start up the macro, or wait for the @@START command, and it will automatically start following and healing if necessary
8) to stop it press CTRL + 2 and it will send you a tell that says @@PAUSE in call caps
9) ~if fully auto is turned on 1) will automatically put you to med MP after you reach a certain MP lvl(can be set in Prefs) 2) it will send you target warning messages telling them your MP is getting low 3) Once your MP gets too low and its time to MED for mp, the Macro will automatically be paused and it will start at instruction #6 (if refresh is used, it will not use any MP management)
10) wait for further commands from the person you are PLing
COMMANDS( REQUIRE ?@@? BEFORE THE COMMANDS (ie. @@START, or @@POS)
START ? will take the macro out of the PAUSED, or idle, state
PAUSE ? will put the macro in the PAUSED or idle, state
PING ? will automatically send your target a tell with your HP and MP
BUFFS ? will automatically cast Protect and shell (depending on what is in the In-Game macro)
POISON ? will cast poisona on its target
HEAL ? will put the bot to /heal and put the macro in the Paused state
FOLLOW ? will do /follow on your target
TARGET ? will do /target <r> and target the last person who sent you a tell.
RAISE ? will cast raise on target
HASTE ? will cast Haste on target
REFRESH ? will cast Refresh on yourself(doing so will turn off automatic mode)
POS ? will do /tell <r> <pos>, will tell last person who sent you a tell your position
CURE ? will do a cure 1. just in case target gets slept and is not getting hit.
COMMANDS ? will show a list of all commands.
TERMINATE ? will stop the macro( essentially stop all functioning of AC Tool)
BLINK ? will cast blink on the bot
STONESKIN ? will cast stoneskin on the bot
PTCHANGE ? will prompt you to change the size of the party *** see important notes ***
JOIN ? accept a party invite
LEAVEPT ? will leave party by typing ?/pcmd leave?
FIX ? will emulate alt+n (equiv to escape button) incase the say bar accidentally opens
MODE DEFINITIONS
Idle ? will check for START, PING, TERMINATE, TARGET, FOLLOW, HEAL, RAISE, POS, COMMANDS, JOIN, LEAVE, PTCHANGE, FIX(will do no other functions)
Running ? will check for PAUSE, PING, TARGET, FOLLOW, HEAL, RAISE, POS, BUFFS, HEASTE, REFRESH, POISON, CURE, COMMANDS, BLINK, STONESKIN, JOIN, LEAVE, FIX
~~IMPORTANT NOTES~~
- ALL COMMANDS REQUIRE ?@@? BEFORE THE COMMANDS (ie. @@START, or @@POS) if @@ is not present before the command they will not be recognized.
- MAKE SURE YOU SET YOUR PREFERANCES AND REZ!!!!
- the fix function reads the line just above the say bar should it be open so set the chat bar settings to minimum lines = 3
-The macro works best with window type 6 because of the blue background the red text will have high contrast and sharper edges making for better object detection.
- Set your ?tell? colors to FULL RED and NO GREEN and NO BLUE (the only bar that should be full is red)
- Make Sure that you Turn off the chat filters except tells and emotes (if you don?t they can interrupt the macros functionality)
↓↓PTCHANGE NOTES↓↓
- When prompted to change party size after using the command @@PTCHANGE use @@1 for solo(bot only) @@2 for party of two(Bot plus another character)?.@@6 for a full pt(bot plus 5 other characters) (can only be used in Idle or paused mode)
- @@PTCHANGE will only change where it looks for the health bar, it will not change any other operation. (can only be used in Idle or paused mode)
- @@PTCHANGE will only look for a value for 30 seconds before returning to normal operation.. if no value was entered the pt size will remain unchanged
