Hmm..., want my opinion?
i guess this is the same as other instant learning jutsu trick/hack
the instant learning jutsu is still working, but it works like this:
if the normal time to learn the jutsu is 36 hours, and u using this instant cheat, u can learn it in an instant, the jutsu that u just lernt was permanent (try to reload NS, and u'll find the jutsu was urs) but u need to wait another 36 hours to learn another jutsu.
