Steps:
1.Go To Restaurant City
2.Click Redecorate
3.Choose An Item You Want To Glitch
4.Put An Item To Your Restaurant Where U Place It
5.Then Drag An Item To Check"button" then Save
6.Then Put Another Item You Want To Put it in Above Then Save
7.The Item Will Remove
8.Refresh The Game And U Will see Wat Happend =)
