Dude that can only happen when you open cheat engine please keep cheat engine closed while opening the tool.

Please follow the steps carefully, for example you use london cue then put its code in first box of tool and in 2nd box put the code of the cue you want to exchange with yours. Then click exchange button and then play and see your cue will change.
