This is based on Chrome as I hate Internet Explorer and Firefox. Sorry.

1.) open the game up and wait until the game freezes loading like the SS below
2.) Once you're at that screen, right click the HTML5 logo in the bottom left and select Inspect Element. (like below)
3.) Once in Inspect Element, locate where it says "style=" and double click it. It's highlighted below.
4.) Once you double clicked it to edit, simply add "onclick=" without quotes to cause a syntax error and it will load the main garage screen.
5.) Simply click the white box where you'd select a car, select a car and you're golden!
**NOTE**
YOU CANNOT RACE ONLINE WITHOUT ERROR.
What you can do is open 2 Rush Racing's via Incognito mode, and pink slip yourself the cars you've missed from your banned account though to a new unbanned account! You will need to ban bypass after each race though as it restarts the game.
If this is well received, I'll post another tutorial about paints/wraps on cars and how to get any color you want, then install turf wheels yourself on any car free, and other stuff
