In my country, there is no such method of payment "SafeCard"
How do I create an account or activate this method
trying to connect to the game with the European ip, but is available only PayPal and high (Account created the United Kingdom)

PaySafeCard does not come up as a payment option. Only a Credit Card and Paypal. Please explain this better. How to get PaySafeCard as an option.
