I don't know what did you do but
Use firefox > go to game > Open Cheat Engine > Select process the 2nd FlashPlayerPlugin > Go to WORLD and try to enable hacks.

there are two different super tower hack one is for higher lvl and the one is for low level. if the towers don't attack maybe you're high level so enable the 1st super tower hack.
