try to go to task manager and select the tools process' priority to high so it will be in front of your screen always
i used bot for leveling heroes takes 1 month to level em up all to 20
got 4 of em to 20, didnt buy the new hero cause lack of gems but if i did i will be sure that im going to be the first one to level him up to 20

Do I first open the game and then open the tool? Or do I open the tool first? I'm using Chrome its not working. I keep on getting an error saying "Failed to start battle"

try opening the tool first then your chrome browser, and see if your chrome can access internet if it does then it should work

if still not work, try control panel > internet options > connections Tab > LAN settings. and UNCHECK everything in there
