When you see the client.xml and items0.xml just select them and click save all.
Once downloaded to check for new updates in client.xml(you will need notepad + + to open it) you'll have to look for "start_date" and see future dates of posted items, but those dates are ready in seconds. You will need this site to convert the date in seconds to a real date
