i think it might be 1 or 2 reasons my friend when logging into the game do you login via facebook or direct through miniclip the reason i ask is if your registration is setup to use facebook and you logged in and done the tasks via miniclip that has stopped some awards ive missed out on in the past i always went to pool via facebook app and like you only mine was the potting of 5 ***** into 1 pocket and i never got the reward so its always best to go to the site miniclip if its FB login pressing that button or by using miniclips login button im not sure if your logged in via facebooks app but you dont see the rewards under the game like if you were playing via the miniclip site. i hope you understood what i mean but feel free to contact me if you have any questions
and totally forgot to say you buy the powerups from the shop then it doesnt count buy them via the game in play at the table i just bought the extended guideline via the shop that would have given me all 3 powerups and also the award for buy your first powerup and it didnt
