Did you download file and did you run it? If so, try to use the hack several times. It seems to do not give me anything after 3 times and then I received 10 Gems. +16 Gems for me atm. Works perfectly fine for me.
EDIT: 31 Gems added. Waiting for someone who actually can use the hacks to confirm it works. If not, I don't mind, I have extra gems for myself.
