[UPDATED] - Battle Pirates - what i did to get a level 1 to a lvl 19

step one

upgrade your op to lvl 3
upgrade wharhouses to lvl5
build one extra res generator upgrade them to lvl 3

step 2
upgrade your dock to lvl 7
upgrade weapons lab to lvl 6
upgrade naval lab to lvl 6
upgrade advanced lab to lvl 5

step 3

research engine one
research auto-loader one
research hardened barrels one
research thuds 1,2,3,4
research ripper 1,2,3,4
research steal 2 armor
research iron 2 armor
research titianum 2 armor

step4

research all ships intill battle barge

step 5

battle barge build
ripper 4 with hb1 eng1 and tit2 armor
or either build 4 preds with havoc 4 engine one
safer way to go

5 bb in a fleet
or 4 preds

this method has been tried and tested
that will put you to lvl 19 then play legit for a few levels

and always make sure you have the current hack
