I have a big problem with my dragon city account

You can see that I'm LVL 51
But in the game i still LVL 50 look picture
And when i try to go visit a friend and go back to home i have this message that I'm LVL 51 look :
And after that directly i have this error :
And when i look to the error in Charles i see that one :
