DC HELP

Any heeelp please , i'm trying to connect to DC it gets stucked at Loading islands buildings , and freezes , any idea ?

UP , Anyone else got an idea ?

Here is a picture , anyone knows how to take off the ******* loading page ?
The Game is already on , but the loading page doesn't want to **** off!
