Probably not possible as I'm pretty sure exp is synchronized with the server the same way banknotes/coin, doubt it's client side as you cannot play without internet.
You can hack everything client related, such as GUI, and local game play (such as fast catch can pull), such actions cannot be server sided.
You might be able allow yourself enter every area and area, hopefully they do not check if player can access that area, but that's just an idea.
