DC Loading error?

Hello, Everyone I would like to know If anyone knows how to fix this error I get when I start Dragon City.( Stays at loading screen and doesn't move from there.)

Don't wory , you have just to close the game about 15-30min and you can star again .

this usually happen after using dragon book hacks.. CMIIW

listen to me...
1.close all explorer mozilla crome... all. and programs.
2.ccleaner scan and clean.
3.start regedit
4.scan dragon ..
5.delete dragon and dragon city data f3(next) delete f3 delete.. all dargon data delete and finish
6.again dragon city open.......
