Sorry but it seems not working for me. Am I missing something here?
- While loading i search the array and put down all the list
- Then before finish loading the game I changed all the array to 27 2c da 04

Result: Enforcer still locked

Not exactly fake, i tried it, the valkyries no longer state "unavailable until next event" if you have enough xp, you can unlock it
