It is a glitch if u make an account on kixeye webpage rather on facebook. You might be the lucky one to get that.

that's a lucky glitch and no one can produce it again however it only work on buildings and not units and after a week or so you get banned for glitching even though it's their stupid game glitch lol enjoy it whils it last .

My acount level 25 upgrade all building in 4 second.
adn they will patch it when the show attack and release prisoners, such as kidnapping. and we are heroes.
and there will be 3 new gift items. kind of elite gatling truck. or (new elite gatling truck schematic), the new Elite razor back, and the new Halcon. might be a better aircraft than helstrom.
