i disable my firewall and still its saying something in line 72

this is my procedure

open a notepad and put ur hacks in it with a uid and ticket from

save it as tetrishacks.php

open cmd
and type this and hit enter
C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.4.3\php.exe "C:\tetrishacks.php"

still error whats is wrong with this help pls

The ticket keeps changing every second, i tried on another computer and even another FB account, the ticket keeps changing all the time...
