(At both hacks Cheat Engine should be at 4 bytes and Hex check box should be unchecked)
For the Resources hack do the following...
1. Open Cheat Engine.
2. Open War Commander and select your browser. [If cant find your browser I will explain it at the bottom of the post]
3. Now go to Barracks and hover the mouse to an Unit.
4. Scan the metal cost of the unit and move all addresses. [Less than 50 so it wont crash]
5. Now do the same for the oil cost and move all the addresses to the console.
6. Now select all addresses moved to the console (Oil and Metal) and change their value to -99999999.
7. Now train like 5 units and remove all the addresses from Cheat Engine.
8. Now just refresh and you can see your resource =)
For the Instant Upgrades hack do the following...
1. Open Cheat Engine.
2. Open War Commander and select your browser.
3. Go to Academy/Tech Center and choose the Unit you want to upgrade. [Sorry I don't know any way for buildings
4. Open Calculator and calculate to seconds. [For example "2d 5h 24m" is 2*24*60*60 + 5*60*60 + 24*60 = 432000 + 18000 + 1440 = 451440s] [Formatet my PC so I don't have Visual Studio. Currently downloading it and going to make a software for faster calculations]
5. Scan your result at Cheat Engine.
6. Now move all addresses to the console and change their value to 1.
7. Click "Use Resources" to begin the upgrade and it will finish in 1 second
Note 1: If you are using chrome Right click at the bar on the top and chose "Task Manager". Now Right Click at Shockwave Flash thing at task manager and chose "Procces ID". Now open calculator and go to View>>Programmer type in the ID of shockwave flash and from DEC change it to HEX and you will get a code. To Cheat Engine select process and the correct chrome will be the one like 0000(HEX code from calc) - chrome. Yes I know long guide.
Note 2 READ THIS: Since you guys knew this I just want to let you know why it wont work sometimes.
First it says that the upgrade needs 2 hours... so 7200s but when u scan it you will get no results, and that is because it is not exactly 2 hours so how to avoid it. By adding and subtracting 100s of it. So at the "Exact Value" change it to "Value Between" and at the first box type 7100 and to the other 7300. Now click scan and you will see the results, change it to 1 and it will work
That's all. Bye Bye
PRESS THANKS IF HELPED
That thing got Visual Studio Icon
