Yes! Txteagle is now called mCent. Don’t
worry, your txteagle account information and
airtime balance is the same on mCent.
Why have I not received surveys recently?
We only have a limited number of surveys
available right now, but more are coming soon.
When we match you with
a survey we will send you
an email or SMS to let you know when it is ready.
To make sure we can send you surveys, please check to make sure your
contact information is
correct on your account
settings page.
To be notified as soon as
new surveys become available, enable
notifications on your
account settings page.

for your email provider
to allow emails from mCent.com
How do I redeem my
airtime?
Please go to the Get Airtime page. When you
have enough airtime to
top-up, you can click the
top-up button.
Why can’t I redeem my airtime?
Make sure that you have
enough money to top-up.
You can see your balance
on the Get Airtime page.
Make sure that you have
a prepaid mobile number
confirmed on your account.
If the top-up fails, you will be re-credited the
amount within 24 hours. Once the airtime is back in your account please
try again.
I have topped-up, why have I not received my
airtime?

enough money to top-up.
