well the thing is i tried to search for the buildings values using many different methods like time and stuff and i still didn't get anything ..... so anyone have a better idea i would be happy to help in the search
to hack the building upgrade we must know the math that they use to compute the time. For example, 160 seconds is total time to upgrade a building. However, they hide it by making the time into 40 seconds x 4. Thus,we can't find the time for the building upgrade.

NOW I CHANGED THE TIME TO 300 IN THE LAST MEMORY REGION BUT THAT CHANGE IS NOT HAPPENING ACTUALLY ON THE SCREEN , ALSO THERE ARE 3-4 ADDRESSES WHICH SHOWS THIS SAME THINGS , AND I CHANGED THE TIME IN ALL THOSE MEMORY REGIONS OF THOSE RESPECTIVE ADDRESSES BUT ITS NOT WORKING, BUT METAL AND OIL IS CHANGEABLE ,, I THINK YOU NEED TO TICK ENABLE SPEEDHACK FOR THE TIME CHANGE TO TAKE PLACE PERMANENTLY, BUT ITS RISKY , THAT MIGHT GET YOU BAN, HENCE I DIDN'T DO IT...... in the cheat engine select value type to string and scan type to search for text , tick case sensitive and type Metal Storage/Oil Storage/Academy/Barracks or any other buildings' name and scan.....first letter of first word needs to be capital and second words' first letter also needs to capital, then scan
then look for the type of memory region like its showed in the images ...... try to change the building's time using enable speedhack....

why is that even i change the value of metal and oil, on the said address, nothing is changed? even on other addresses, why is that so?
i could only change the metal , and that too only once, after that i dont know what happened to the game/ce , since then i was not able to change anything at all...
