WRONG. I was able to change speed and damage. Although the results were somewhat... Unpredictable.

It might not be worth those peoples time and effort, but can it be DONE? You can bet your *** it can.

wrong blue. you can change anything permanently even if it is server sided. but you will get caught if you make permanent changes i think. ce offers you two options make changes permanently or temporarily. now i know the reason why so many players cheat and still don't get banned.

No! i mean, to him that everything he will change is temporary, he cant touch it either. i didnt mean that nothing cannot be alter in that area. everything can be done. sorry for misleading my post. even i, i managed to do so, change values temporarily, but when i go restart, backs to default stats.

Yea I had 4 friends that didn't go crazy with it (like 1-3 mega, 1 upgrade on flak, umm... 1 other thing i think) didn't get banned.
