u need to do a next scan to get rid of the 00 00 addresses
then u need to change the first one
just click on the first result and change the value
let it be

82 8b 00 00 dc 63 00 00

then go and check if that unit cost is reduced
if not change it back to what it was
and move to the next address
till u find the right one

when u find it u need to click on it and browse the memory region ( right mouse click then select Browse memory region)
then change the time as the first post said

and remember if u need to reduce cost to 100 metal and oil change

the easiest thing to do is you can search for individual address and change it individually, like metal first, then oil and finally the time.

48 00 00 00 for 72 metal and oil

for beginners, its a good step to scan for each address and not all at once

yes you can with a little deeper knowledge in ce. you can search for the building address and replace it with other cheaper building. i changed the command center time with a level 1 upgrade oil pump

But How can we find building address ? i know many ce methods but it's different...
i will find it soon, but can you help a little?

Did you correctly selected the process tab in ce?
if all the above tricks didnt work than you have selected wrong process

you should use one of the flash plugins process you can check it by opening a platoon then see the number of capacity of units in it for example 1090/1500 put 1090 in cheat engine then hit first scan you will see several addresses go back to WC and decrease or increase the unit capacity in the same platoon and search for the new capacity number in cheat engine (Hit next scan ) you will see one address or 2 so it's the right process if you didn't get this so it's the other flash plugin process

the right one is the second flashplayerplugin for firefox and not the plugin container. there are 2 flashplayerplugin when you open either firefox or comodo icedragon. you should choose the second one
