[REQUEST] Looking for a tutorial/template to work off of.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a guide to a tutorial of how to approach these Flash-type hacks. Similar to BYM, I think there's a game called "crime city" by funzio that I can take a stab at. I just need to know how to approach it, dissect, and modify. Thanks!

By the way, I'm asking this because pretty much every thread opened on this game was pretty much dead afterwards, I've done my fair share of searching and i'm sure this game can somehow be modified!
