Why would people pay for hacks? They would be better off paying Kix for speed ups knowing they wont be banned.
When you think about it, Kix are the real hackers here. They create a game that is very slow to build an empire. Then they say "Oh, we can speed it up for you so you don't have to wait so long, but you have to give us $$ first.
Now you have wannabes trying to pull a Kix.
