Clear cache and load it again.. If you still cannot find it, use charles! You can easily find it under the cdn.bm.... then game
Btw, are you looking for v121.v12??? You must be looking for the current version which is v127.v2610.swf

Upgrading the blocks are free. but you need to do it 1 by 1...
