SOUL CRASH BUG > HELP <

bad =(
my account stay at lvl 29 with maximal exp.. and i killed the third boss many times =(
does anyone has an idea?
when ilook at charles after i killed the boss i see when he want "save_battle" i get a response with <error> in it.. i think this is the problem.. =(
anybody maybe got a solution please?

u wearing one of hack item?
if yes try not to wearing that on battle.

i not even have a hacked item.. i started to late with this game there was no success with permanent item hakcs i tryed.. i think all is legit on my account (items)..
