Once your banned , there is no way to unban it bcuz kixeye doesnt work that way

i created a new fb account and BYM app..i leveled up my townhall to level 9. only town hall level 9 and i build all the towers..resource and not upgraded..is there a positive to ban my account even only my townhall level 9?

i attacked moloch to have underhall. it was still on process of getting underhall .
