Help please (soul crash)

I'm very new to charles ... how come when I click the it only shows default with green arrows down and up as an icon? help please ... It would really be nice if you would give me a crash course on how to use charles in soul crash

facebook > account setting > security turn off scure browsing

Go to your Facebook
Then Account Settings
Then Security
disable secure web browsing
then save.

Clear your browser's cache (recommended)
open Charles and Load Soul Crash, after SC loads
Go back to charles and click
Done, No Default or anything
