How to make Reset Stats with count=1

they said you can try enchanting your weapon then in Charles, breakpoint the strengthen then when it popped out try changing the Index with the index of that Reset item.. then Execute? Don't know actually LOL

it wont work . u can have reset stats but u cant use it . and it'll be equiped permanently
