I've followed the steps you've given below:
A. Open your Ninja saga
B. Clear/Empty Cache only (CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE)
C. Click Play At Ninja saga
D. Open your Fiddler
E. Drag the files of Ninja saga cheats
F. Click Recruit Friends and enjoy.

But when i reach step F, i see no change at all.

Maybe i'm missing something here that you may kindly point out ?

I'd love to give you a thanks but i'm trying to sort this problem out first.

Cheers ~

wrong order, do it like: A,D,E,B,C,F = works also make sure to go in fiddler options and http tab and click decrypt box
