@pirate. There is only so much you can do with a file LOL only one way to make things instant only one way to give you free stuff. Sooner or later there will be nothing more to add lol.

Used the /blueprints for all Bp's, it gave me all the Bp but when I try to use them says I need to upgrade my Intell Lab but it already is, Tried deleting the lab and build it back same thing, Any ideas?

some of the prints require stuff like cut4 and pm4. so make sure u have those done. also, try relogging after making an intelligence lab and upgrading it to level 10.
