Used the /blueprints for all Bp's, it gave me all the Bp but when I try to use them says I need to upgrade my Intell Lab but it already is, Tried deleting the lab and build it back same thing, Any ideas?

some of the prints require stuff like cut4 and pm4. so make sure u have those done
