actually i tried many times.. but still loading?.. but when i close the charles and reload the game.. it will redirect to the game.. problems occurred only when i open the charles

Change Your PC! LOL! ^_^ Joking joking. :P Try using internet,firefox,googlechrome if you can go in backyard monster. If still can't try reinstalling them.
