Fiddler allows you to inspect traffic, set breakpoints, and "fiddle" with incoming or outgoing data. Fiddler includes a powerful event-based scripting subsystem, and can be extended using any .NET language.

Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 or later
8 mb disk space / 1ghz processor
512 mb RAM (2GB+ highly recommended)
Download Fiddler 2

Step by Step :
(1) Download Fiddler.
(2) Then Install Fiddler.
(3) Just run the Fiddler.
(4) Click Tab Autoresponder (which its icon green lightning see photo)

(5) Check the "Enable automatic responses" and also "Permit passthrough forunmatched requests'.
(6) Drop it. SWF file that you downloaded earlier to the column autoresponder.
