All the SWF makers have gone underground for the most part. However, there is a post on this forum or another one, where Anonymous is making it available via Skype.

Personally, I've quit the game, cause there are just to many dam hackers. LOL
Not worth using my PayPal account to gold coin the raids anymore, and playing for free? Yah right! Take you 3 months to upgrade, no way to compete in the RAIDs, and forever to build up, can't compete with all the new ships they keep introducing to make more money, that can just walk in a spit in your base.
Being serious, playing for free becomes pointless once you hit level 25. I left the game at level 34 cause even though I was gold coining, the balance of the game is pure milk. Major gold coiners and hackers get the big ships, you waste your time and money trying. Then they just walk through your base and there is no defense in the game to barely even ding their ships.
Games gonna die soon, once the hackers (who are not hackers, just cheaters) are no longer to bypass using a SWF file, and the Gold Coiners get tired of trying to compete. They are going to have to turn to online advertisement like other facebook games.
I predict the game going down hill very soon.
