Yes I am new too... I downloaded the lates version 3.6.3 and I don't have anything on Charles...I'm using chrome...

can Someone make a video tut and put it on youtube as UNLISTED?

IF YOU CANT FIND ANYTHING IN CHARLES CLICK THE RED X ON THE FOLDER AT THE TOP AND THEN CLICK THE GREEN ONE RIGHT NEXT TO IT.

CLEAR CACHE AND REFRESH.

Im making a video give me 10 minutes.

Maybe there are some setting in Charles to do this right? My Charles is empty. First time I downloaded the 3.5.2 version and I had something but I couldn't find the first link u gave. I had an option to download the latest version 3.6.3 and here I've got nothing, nothing happens. I use CHROME and I clear cache. Maybe we Can meet at teamviewer or something ?

try right clicking and press "open"

ALSO

Check for other windows that pop up when u press it, incase u missed one.
