REQUEST HELP BYM

My base is fully upgraded but keep getting attacked by one guy and total destruction of my base. Attack log shows no monsters flung in including pebbles or wood. Am I being hacked somehow? He's starting to **** me off I send 100 banditos fully upgraded with 10 mill putty and it only scratches the surface of his base.............. Has he cheat for more powerful monsters or something??? I dunno it's frustrating... BTW thanks for any help
