Not really, that's why there's a penalty of not receiving anymore hacks in the future for those who requested that very hack if the hack is found leeched. This action is drastic but it's worth to keep the code safe. If they have to agree not to leech it though. Or else they'll be lying.

i have an idea for secure one

Maybe Creator of this can make a skype or yahoo account for live messenger all who wants these hacks will be required to view their cam as their identity and if new hacks arrive creator of this will GroupMessage the new hack to those who are in list of live messenger

what do u think?and also to avoid dual acounts here right?

Well, the requirements are necessary to prevent leeching. People can just create a new account anytime and leech it away. The requirements I've set are quite fair.
