does the instant chunin and juunin and instant missions work? how? I tried and nothing happens, sorry I'm a newbie.

Open NS(I tried loading char first and entering game and not loading the char)
Open fiddler
Put the files in fiddler
Clear cache
I go to mission room, still have to fight

did I do something wrong?
