Can use in Mozilla firefox and Google Chrome
Steps:
1. Go to Ninja Saga (stop at the character select screen).
2. Open Cheat engine and hook to process "plugin-container.exe" or the browser you use.
3. Scan Type: Search this array, Value Type: Array of Bytes, Check HEX.
4. Scan "28 00 00 00 0C 03 00 00 26 02 00 00 03 00 00 00".
5. Double-click Value.
6. Change the value to "FF 22 0C 00 00 03 00 00 26 02 00 00 03 00 00 00".
7. Check (tick) the "frozen" box to the left of the address.
8.After "frozen",Click new scan and continue to "Infinite Chakra" cheat,If you don't want to continue to "infinite chakra" cheat is ok...You just continue to No.9 instruction.
9.Choose a character and then click "PLAY".
10.Go to Kage Houses or Houses Hunting and OWN the enemy a few!

Steps:
1st. scan the name of the jutsu you want to Learn Example. Tornado Step then scan it.

2nd. enable the speedhack into 500 then apply

3rd. Buy the Jutsu "tornado STep"

and you will see the TIME is too Fast to learn the jutsu..

If you can't do that I'm sorry you are too Noob so you can't make it/

yes,you have to wait because the speedhack is used to speed the time,u can cchange the speedhack time like me,i changed from 500.0 to 1000.0

it's maximum speed is only 500..

EDIT: it's not working.. after a while.. it lags/hang... then when i try to reload it.. the time restarts...

it cannot too much speed..,i have try it and the time has stop and it has to refresh,you just write the speed below 1000.0 i think.

i tried lowering the speed to 500, it went well until it reaches zero.. then the page refreshed...

after it load again.. the timer resets...

i think it's not working..
