Here is a cheat for millionaire city that will allow you to increase the collecting area of your commerces. Be sure to follow every steps of the tutorial so it will work.
There is another cheat around that works the same way for coffee shops, but everytime you restart the game you have to destroy your commerces and build it again.
Now just download this simple HTML file, everything is explained.
It does contain javascript for the step 2. You can check what it does, it's only visual effects to show you the correct values to search / modify in Cheat Engine for the selected commerces.
I'm sorry but I don't speak German. Still I wanted to do this little contribution and share it on this forum. I hope someone can translate my guide to german and post it to forum.

It still works perfectly as of february 13.
Just be sure to freeze the game while it's loading with Cheat engine and then edit values. Once done with editing you only have to allow the game to finish loading and it will work perfectly. Be sure that none of your commerces will yield more than 270.000$ or you'll get out of sync error.
It takes something like 2 minutes to edit all commerces before launching game

Wow! Funktioniert perfekt, habs mit meinem Stadion ausprobiert und es klappt.
Das Teil bringt mir nun mit 2726 Kunden knapp 278.000$ ein, ohne dass das Spiel abstürzt.
Btw: Ich werd mich mal an 'ne Übersetzung machen und diese dann hier uppen.
/E: Verbindung wird doch abgebrochen, wenn ich mein Stadion abkassiere.
Habe das Tut übersetzt, warte lediglich noch auf ein Statement das TE.
